We want every kit to spark curiosity. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return, replacement or refund. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging where possible.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing pieces, or you received the wrong model, email us at juanseaguerre@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Contact us at juanseaguerre@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
