Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 10–17 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking information can take a few days to update after shipment.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Address issues and lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering. If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days or your package appears lost, contact us at juanseaguerre@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
